Jobfunction:
The Engineering Lead - Field Facilities (FF) is responsible for management and direct supervision of the engineering design including: EPCITTTender Package development, EPCTender evaluation, and EPCexecution.

During EPCexecution, the Engineering Lead - FF is responsible for broad technical and administrative oversight of the EPCcontractor' s engineering effort from the date of contract award through completion of the Project, including, but not limited to: ensuring alignment with PMT on project engineering needs, objectives, and requirements; ensuring that the EPCcontractor' s staffing processes and procedures are adequate to fulfill contract requirements; developing and executing administrative routines that align with the project's goals, objectives, and procedures; communicating with the PMT and EMDC functions on engineering activities, progress, and issues.

Required KNOWLEDGE, qualifications, skills, and EXPERIENCES:

• Broad and extensive knowledge of industry
• - Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
• - Facilities design, procurement, construction, and operations
• - Engineering administration
• Bachelor Degree in an engineering discipline
• 20+ years of closely related professional experience, 10+ years of which should be at the senior project engineering / engineering management level with overall responsibility for engineering execution
• Strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills
• Ability to lead, guide and manage the engineering team
• Ability to coordinate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
  
• Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.
